Did you hear about the suicide bombing that took place near a OK Univ. stadium during a game in 2005? Neither did I, and I'm a news junkie. Don't you think that's weird? Is it because he was a white American and that doesn't fit our image of a suicide bomber, so we don't need to hear about it? Wired covered it recently and discussed the lens through which the media looks to determine "news."
